Why does one condition show three different statuses?

Uploading a lot of files at once
DocuBuild takes 30 files per batch — but the limit counts what's still in flight, so slots free up as files land. What a failed row means, and why closing the tab mid-upload isn't the disaster it looks like.

You selected a file with a long, descriptive name, but it shows up as something like REPORT~1.PDF. This is caused by Windows' 260-character path limit — not by DocuBuild — and it's easy to fix.
